• Venkateshwara Open University is established by the Legislative Act of the State of Arunachal Pradesh, LAW/LEGN10/2012 Arunachal Pradesh (Law No. 10 of 2012). As in line with the letter of UGC, Venkateshwara Open University, Arunachal Pradesh has been mounted through an act of the State Legislature of Arunachal Pradesh as a personal University and is empowered to award stages as specified under phase 22 of the UGC Act.
